Extra fine quality, High carbon Stainless steel AUS-10 stainless steel blade. Excellent performance blade which contains 0.95 – 1.10 % Carbon and the well ballanced composition of molybdenum and vanadium and so on enables professional delicate and heavy works, an excellent rust-resistance and hardness, edge retention, HRC 59-60.
The basic and simple shape handles are excellent grip and wear well. Full tang constructions with welded bolster.
